Peach Cobbler

Yesterday I made a peach cobbler.

Is it me, or do peaches seem to be extra tasty this year?

This is an easy recipe for Peach Cobbler.

Peach Cobbler

1 cup of milk

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of self-rising four ( I used all-purpose and added 1 tsp baking powder)

1 stick of butter

1 quart (or 6-7 fresh peaches) of sweetened fruit-heated

Melt butter in a baking dish. Combine sugar and fruit. Add milk. Mix well. Pour into dish with butter. Pour heated fruit in dish. Don’t stir. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

For added calories top with ice cream over heated cobbler.
