  1. Well darnit! I couldn’t get the sound up on that video! May have been my computer….

I will say a loud and singing “AMEN” to that statement though! SO many times, I know i need to take fresh look at whatever it is- the next day. It’s amazing how different your perspective can be!

  2. I am JUST noticing your blog is ‘new’!!!! I LOVE it! Oh please tell me you JUST got it redone… and it wasn’t like months ago!!!

I can’t for the life of me even notice weight loss or hair cuts etc with friends- I am NOT the observant type. Oy.

  3. Sleep is vital to your health, both mentally and physically. For adults, sleep is when the body and mind repair itself. Your immune system goes to work while you sleep, fighting diseases and infections.
Sleep also repairs your brain at night. When you lack sleep, it’s harder for you to learn, make decisions and solve problems. If you do not get enough sleep over time, your mental health can deteriorate.

  4. Basically, if you’re even a little bit sleep-deprived, you become slower and less accurate than your usual, well-rested self. This obviously affects your ability to choose between two, three, or a multitude of choices.
