Hope in Chaos

Day 12 of 40 Days of Lent

Chaos-now there’s something I can relate to. The chaos, dysfunction and crazy-making that leads to hopelessness and despair.

And then Jesus shows up just like He did with the demon-possessed man in Mark 5:15.

Lent, Easter, 40 Days of Lent, Southeast Christian Church, hope

And they came to Jesus, and saw the demon-possessed man, the one who had had the legion, sitting there clothed and in his right mind, and they were afraid. Mark 5:15

Life can get so out-of-control. One small incident can lead to the next, and then the next until momentum spirals to a place of total despair, where hopeless feelings abide and abound.

What do you do when there’s no place left to go?

Run to Jesus! He is the only One who can bring hope and calmness in the midst of the storm.

I pray that you will find your hope in God alone.

Will you allow Him to bring hope in the midst of your despair?
