I thought this place was closed. Not true! While I was on my third recording a man (co-owner) walked out, to presumably see what I was doing, and inevitably interrupted me. So I went with the second take.

Actually it didn’t! The co-owner came out during my third recording (interrupting it no less). I think he wanted to be a star like me. Anyway they are open for business. Oh lucky us!
