The cookie jar is full once again, temporarily I’m sure. I do love me some homemade cookies I baked some favorite cookies around here so they probably won’t last long.
The recipe is easy enough.
White Chip Chocolate Cookies
2 1/4 cups flour
2/3 cup Nestles cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 granulated sugar
2/3 firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (12 oz pkg) Nestles white chips
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine the dry ingredients. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Gradually add dry mixture and mix well. Add chips and stir.
Bake on cookie sheets for 9-11 minutes.
I hope you enjoy these cookies as much as my family does!
